Event Description:
Join us for our Annual Golf Outing sponsored by Peoria Siding & Windows and OSF HealthCare Foundation at Weaver Ridge Golf Course on Monday, September 21, 2020.  Registration and lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m.  Golf will begin at 12:30 p.m. and immediately following play there will be an awards reception to honor all golf winners.

Registration closes Thursday, September 17, 2020.
