Event Description:
Building Leaders is a unique two and a half day interactive workshop for emerging leaders hosted by the Center for Professional Excellence at Bradley University. Participants will develop critical leadership skills in key areas such as conflict management, emotional intelligence, change management, and trust building. Assessments are used in a feedback process that will help identify your strengths and those areas that may be holding you back.
