This unique two-and-a-half-day workshop is an interactive exchange where emerging leaders will explore their leadership assumptions, expand their perspectives and develop their own unique philosophy of leadership. Participants will enhance their self-awareness; gain a deeper understanding of how they are viewed by others; and develop critical leadership skills in key areas such as conflict management, emotional intelligence and trust building.
