Event Description:
Building Leaders is a unique two and a half day interactive workshop for emerging leaders. Participants will explore their leadership assumptions, share experiences, and develop critical leadership skills in key areas such as conflict management, trust building, and delegation. Assessments are used in a feedback process that will help you identify your strengths and those areas that may be holding you back.
