This is the perfect event for older adults seeking information on health and wellness! Lunch is included for the first 100 participants registered. When: Saturday, November 3, 2018 Time: 9am-2pm Cost: FREE & open to the public (Pre-registration is required) Where: Greater Peoria Family YMCA, 7000 N. Fleming Ln Event includes: - Group Fitness Classes; Try yoga, cycling, Zumba & Silver Sneakers Circuit. - Healthy Eating Food Demonstrations; Simple recipes that are good for you and taste great. - Workshops & Vendors; Local speakers share expertise on health & wellness and vendors present helpful information & resources.
