Event Description:
Many people in our community are unemployed and/or looking for a better job.  OSF has over 2,000 jobs available, and they are actively looking to fill these roles.  Let's help bridge the gap!  St. Paul will be hosting a job conversation in partnership with OSF and the Peoria Chamber of Commerce for those in our city who are looking for employment!  The conversation will take place on Saturday, November noon at St. Paul 

We will discuss:

•  Sharing methods & tips to prepare candidates for hiring opportunities
•  Candid forum discussing pipeline challenges such as employer and employee relationships & reasons community members are not applying for local jobs
•  Discussion on challenges to employment such as the cost of childcare, training, and company culture
