Event Description:
Since 1997, this camp has been a gift to children in the area, and it continues to be to this day. Boys and girls ages 8 through 14 are welcome, free of charge, to attend this camp at the Peoria Civic Center. What a great opportunity to brush up on their skills on the court!
And it’s not just about basketball, either. The 4-day camp brings in speakers to give presentations to the kids surrounding the importance of hygiene, education, and good nutrition. Campers receive free physicals and eye screenings as well.
