Event Description:
OSF HealthCare will host a Job Fair at Peoria Public Main Library in Downtown Peoria from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday, July 13. OSF recruiters will be on hand to help applicants find and apply for jobs. No appointment necessary. Free parking. In addition to being the largest area employer, OSF is an accredited, award-winning health organization, which announced in June it's increasing its minimum wage to $15/hr. starting in September. OSF Saint Francis is the 2019 winner of the Magnet Prize, presented to one hospital in the United States by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and is recognized as a Gold level Illinois Healthy Worksite, the highest level achievable. OSF is just one of 44 organizations in Illinois to have qualified for the award.
