Event Description:
Proctor Recreation Center's annual Streets Belong to Me! Youth Event is a great way to kick-off summer vacation!  This program is used to promote youth participation in positive activities throughout the summer.
 
In exchange for a day of fun, we are asking that children pledge the following:
  • Get involved in positive activities
  • Not to participate in violent activities
  • Not to participate in illegal activities
  • Promote the message of staying safe
This fun event will include refreshments, a dunk tank, inflatables, and a visit from Carl Cannon, who will inspire our youth to get involved in positive activities and programs, especially within the Park District.
