JK Williams Distillery, located at 8635 N. Industrial Road, Peoria, has a family history of over 100 years. JK Williams was a successful distiller turned bootlegger during prohibition. Today, the distillery is proud to carry on his legacy and give a new generation of whiskey drinkers a taste of the gold age whiskey in Peoria.
