Hello, my name is Cody Sprecher. My interest includes Fishing, Hunting and spending time outdoors with my family.
I have lived in cental Illinois my whole life. I grew up in Pekin and went straight to work out of high school as a welder at Morton Metalcraft. Where I worked for 24 years. I was a welder for 10years, a quality inspector for 2 years, Sales account engineer for 10 years and lastly a weld supervisor for the last 2 years. Then in 2021 I started at BTD as a weld supervisor for 2 years and the last year I have been the Manufacturing Manager/Plant Manager over Light weld, Heavy weld, Robot weld and Warehouse kitting.
I enjoy building a team and watching them grow.

My name is Max Vonachen, and I am very excited to join this program. I was born and raised in Peoria, and recently graduated from the University of Dayton, with Bachelor Degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship. After graduation, I spent 2 years living in Chicago, and worked for Crowe LLP as a Consultant (Microsoft Cloud Solutions) in the supply chain software implementation industry. This past spring I moved home to Peoria to join our family business, the Vonachen Group. I am the fourth-generation in our family business, and we provide janitorial cleaning services and facility maintenance solutions to customers across 14 states. At the Vonachen Group I wear many hats, but I currently specialize in Project Management and Procurement. Outside of work I greatly enjoy anything sports & fitness related and traveling with my girlfriend. I am very honored to be a part of this program, and can't wait to learn from you all!
