    In 1967, Chuck Herold opened Pizza Inn in Sterling Plaza in Peoria. He was granted liquor license #41 in the city. In 2018, The Herold family returned to the same location and opened Tavern 41. Specializing in thin crust pizza, sandwiches, pasta, buffet and of course a full bar with your favorite beers.
