About
SCC is a community development corporation that seeks to transform the community, one relationship at a time. We are a safe place for families of Southside to Connect to Grow and Serve. Our goal is to help families navigate community services and skill development needed to become financially self sufficient with living wage job. We hope to create indigenous leaders and first time homeowners. We do that through youth leadership and enrichment, parent support and education called the Pathway of Hope.
